PicPickerHQ is a digital web platform that provides visual organization, comparison scoring, and educational tools. Because resources, processing capability, and digital access are delivered immediately upon account upgrades or credit purchases, payments are generally non-refundable once access, credits, reports, exports, or software usage has been initiated.

Billing Errors & Review Period

If you believe you have been billed in error or experienced technical issues that prevented you from using your purchased credits or software access, please contact us. Billing errors can be reviewed if you notify our support team within seven (7) days of the transaction date. Please include your account email address and transaction details.

Cancellation Terms

You may cancel your PicPickerHQ subscription at any time directly through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be billed for subsequent periods. No partial-month refunds are provided for cancellations made mid-cycle.
